Is it necessary to update security information?
Hi,
I'm taking my first AI flights this summer (CDG-DEL, DEL-CMB) and under the manage bookings tab, I've tried entering the Sri Lanka ETA# and passport details numerous times, but the system keeps rejecting it (or it times out). Should I call it in, retry online, or email customer service? I'm only transiting DEL, and will not step outside the sterile zone. Thanks for any help you can provide. |
