Jet Privilege - Email for escalation
Hi,
Having some issues (as expected) in trying some partner award bookings..
Any email id / phone number of some senior person in Jet privilege who I can contact to accelerate the same..

Partner redemption issues.. no one replies for weeks..then resend mail follow up , relevant partner redemption team can only be reached by standard email.. no specific number / phone to call..
Today, called them and told unless I get a reply today will raise it in fb / twitter.. and it seems to have worked .. got a confirmed itinerary atleast
