Go Air. What to expect
i am travelling with a lot of friends on a lot of sectors on go air this week. this is the only airline i have not travelled on in india amongst the airlines in existence today. can someone tell me what i can expect out of this experience.
whats particularly important to me is food. how is the quality of food served. or do i make arrangements and eat at airport. i cant stay hungry for 4 continous hours while sitting in an aircraft. its impossible. thanks.

I did 3 flights on G8 in June and it's a good airline. All flights were on-time, clean and well maintained.
I used the GoBusiness upgrade option on one of them and food was pretty lame. Some sort of chicken tikka wrap which was really dry. Didn't bother eating on the other two flights.

What to expect?
Not much but at least you will get there on time (fingers crossed) and in one piece.
Same for Indigo.

My only other option was jet airways and that meant taking the red eye from Bom to del, which I was not going to do, so. Thanks for the reply guys, it's gonna be airport food then.

I normally avoid LCC's but was forced to take g8 on 4 round trips to Srinagar last month because all others were too expensive.
decent service for an LCC. SXR flights have a Kheema Pav option: not very healthy but very tasty.

D'oh - typo. I meant G8 - 6E's LF has no relevance to this thread
Anyway, as you asked, DGCA July Load Factors:

SG: 66.3%
AI: 64.7%
G8: 63.2%
IT: 53%
