Not my experience at all. Aunties have always been very aunty-like - helpful and caring.

There are bad apples for sure, but many staff are good.

Can someone please check if there is an award (X or D) availability for the following 2 flights?

Dec-03-2012 9W2050 AMD-BOM 15:15-16:15
Dec-03-2012 9W7104 AMD-BOM 21:50-22:50
