Good luck guys but seriously whats up with Jet....they were stingy and mean a few years ago and then they were generous (well compared to before) and i even managed to book 2 F seats (subsequently cancelled for other reasons) and now they have zeroed out everything in F.
Jet are like a date.....you go out for the first time, they tease and promise the world and when you get hooked, they leave you hanging when you want more! |

I am totally pi**ed off with Jet - they are now time-limiting waitlisted awards that don't clear - what's up with that???!!!
*Of course* the awards do not clear - as they never give confirmations until the day of, or a day before the flights! But *now*, they are ensuring we do not get any chance whatsoever, the b*ggers, due to this flawed (new) system of theirs! (At least SQ doesn't do this!) Time to bank any future Jet miles in another program... I'm in, as I indicated earlier.

Newbie here. Count me in too. Jet Privilege is not the same any more. The Jet staff outside India are terrible. I find SQ is a lot better and am thinking of changing loyalties to Star Alliance. Only Lufthansa, United etc customer service is not as good as Jet in flight.

i've started a new thread to get some support for the people who would like to see some changes at 9w....once we have the appropriate number of people i'll let you know what info i would need from you guys before sending the complaint to mr. goel....
