Even if it does, i guess it won't be to west coast (Where i travel 3-4 times a year). Will keep transiting through DXB, HKG till anything direct comes up.

I certainly thought this was a possibility, but I do feel sad that it really happened. I have used AI a few times and liked the experience enough to wish they would get rid of their gremlins.

Some what OT, I recently flew a complicated itinerary: ORD-LHR (AA,Y); LHR-HEL-DEL (Finnair,J); DEL-LHR (9W,J); LHR-PHL-ORD (US,Y). While all carriers have their + and - points, I have to say that I was very impressed with the 9W experience.

Non-stops by 9w are not in play at this time, as informed by 9w EWR.

Only 2 days a week will be operated by 77w to EWR beginning this month... :confused:
