Hi guys
I've got 18890 JP miles in my account, which are going to start expiring soon...thing is, I'm not in India anymore so can't just use them on a short reward flight (BOM to GOI for example).
Is there any way to transfer them to another FF programme? Or are there other rewards that I can avail (hotel stays etc)? Or is the only thing left to transfer them to a friend? The JP website seems to suggest that you can only redeem on airlines (9W or partners)...
Thanks
EB

where abouts are you located?
In europe, you could possibly use them on SN Brussels?
In the US, you have AA or UA?

It costs rs200 for every 500 miles transferred to another account. The validity of transferred miles is 1 year and the end of the quarter.
Interestingly, the terms and conditions mention that if you top up miles via transfer method and request a redemption, it will not guarantee a confirmed booking.

if you will be in india anytime within the next year or so then you can book an award flight using your miles & that ticket will be valid for a year....so you can make date changes to it as long as its within one year from when you got the ticket issued....
