Bonus miles not posting
I dined twice since this promotion started. I got the miles and bonus for the first dine together. For the second dine, only the miles posted and not the bonus. Don't they usually post together?

The issue is: If a dine posts to RN a day or two before it's going to be "paid" to the airline (say, it first appears on RNs site around Monday), then by the time you do the survey it's too late for that week, and so the bonus (which is dependent on completion of the survey) can't post until the next week.
But if the dine posts several days before it's going to be "paid" (say, before the weekend), then you're lkely to have time to do the survey in time for them both to be "paid" (ie, posted to the airline) together.
(And I presume that's what you mean by "posted" -- posted to the airline. They cannot possibly post at the RN site at the same time, because you have to do the survey for the bonus, but the survey is not available until the dine itself posts to RN.)

These require rating the dine first, then they batch post. They do take time:
19 and 23 Feb dines posted to RN, I have rated them, and by 8 Mar they had both posted with bonus miles to American Airlines. 3 and 4 March recently posted on RN, and have been rated and 3 Mar has posted to AA (not bonus miles); 10 Mar has not yet posted to RN, so I can't rate it yet.
I'd say that's pretty typical.
