Been waiting months for my lost baggage claim to be sorted.. and been asked to send info to "[email protected]" but get, this doesnt bode well for ever getting my claim sorted anytime soon...

They emailed me yesterday and I replied with no error message received. Maybe you should try again now

thanks.. i did get through... and they have informed me they would be paying my claim for July.. happy days!
