Was anyone able to resolve these issues?

I created a second account (to search award availability) and am able to login with that, but can't login with my primary on any desktop browser. I have no idea how to combine my Avios accounts or book any award travel through Iberia with these issues.

I also needed to update my password recently, which required letters and not just numbers like in the past. Must have been a security update.

I'm surprised you were able to do it through the app though. Half the time when I click on something in the app it will just open a webpage, where you have to try to sign in again and deal with all that rigamarole which may or may not work on any given day...

Can't get it using google chrome on laptop.
Before I download the app, can you see the monthly view on it?
The app doesn't do award searches at all unless I missed it.

On a desktop I can no longer see a week of results at a time. I hope it's just me and they didn't eliminate that. I've never seen a month of results at a time, but the old weekly view did let me advance to the next week with a click.

Compensation form on website: does not take data

Trying to go directly to Iberia (and not yet through a third party legal firm that takes a fee of compensation awarded) to file for a cancelled flight, then delay and rebooking on Iberia earlier this month. We did get a "certification of cancellation" issued but now trying to file for compensation of cancellation, delay, or change of schedule the embedded customer service request form will not accept confirmed data.
Tried phoning customer service, but of course they can't help. Ended up using the Spanish govt complaint form for EC261 and tried to explain they won't even accept our documentation to start a claim. Not sure if this will work, and will likely end up going through a legal firm.
I'll update as this goes through the process but it could take months, I know.

I have been having issues with Iberia for over a year. Cannot move my Avios from the Iberia account. I am able to transfer to Iberia from BA/Avios.com/Amex/Chase etc but not from. I also noticed that I am actually unable to book any flights/hotels using my Avios. I get the following error during the payment process.

Do you have any activity in your IB account other than moving from BA?

You should still be able to spend them but you can't transfer out unless you have 90 days of other activity

I do, it appears that my Avios are "blocked" or something. I was not able to book anything even IB metal.

I don't know if credit card transfers also count. I believe you need some sort of non-financial activity. Avis car rental, credit an AA flight to IB, something along those lines.

US Amex point transfer seems to count, but I don't know about others like Chase. It's possible to buy something cheap on the IB store portal like a groupon to be sure.

Would it not be better to change the title of this post to What is right with IB website. The list would be so short then any people unfortunate enough to have to use will simply know that they should never have even thought of spending money with IB.

Today we heard back from Iberia saying they would send a check for 600 Euros, this after filing EC261 forms (in Spanish, uploading multiple documents of proof) with the Spanish Govt. Will report if/when we receive the check.

Received check from Iberia today, a month after they said they'd send it, and after filing paperwork on Spanish gov't website. We did it without a third party company, but it wasn't easy. Google translate helped provide Spanish on forms (it was certainly not correct, but it seems to have done the job).
