Problems Using goldpassport.com web site?

Has anyone else had as much trouble as I have using this web site?

I tried submitting a "missing stay request" and couldn't find any way of actually getting the request to post. The web site kept throwing a bunch of JavaScript errors.

The quality control on this site is just dreadful.

All told, I find the gold passport program to be a lot less appealing than HHonors or SPG, and this is just one more reason why.

I just did it. Maybe you have a virus or spyware or some adblocker that's causing the trouble.

The new site even works for me on the Mac in Safari and Firefox.

I find the new goldpassport.com less frustrating than SPG.com.

The date picker on SPG doesn't work correctly on the Mac and they haven't fixed it since the "new" site launched a long time ago. They don't even bother to code image sizes so that the page doesn't rearrange itself as images load. SPG.com also doesn't fit at 800x600, where the vital information on Goldpassport is designed to fit and the promo stuff goes in the right where it may be off screen for some people. A clever use of space, though I'm no usability expert or anything.

On the hotel homepage, for example http://chicagoregency.hyatt.com, there is a link next to the address at the bottom of the page. It's a graphic labeled "Add to Preferred Hotel List ->".

I haven't found a link on the Park Hyatt branded sites yet though.
