No award availability for Free Night Award redemption
 
Has anyone noticed there's no reward availability for the annual standard free night award at Hyatt from the Hyatt credit card? I just did a search all over the place (US, Canada, Japan, Various countries in Europe) and there's no availability for the handful of dates I've tried.

This totally sucks if I can't redeem the annual award. Anyone experience this as well when trying to use up their annual free night?

Probably an IT issue... availability is widespread. Call.

I did a quick spot check of 3 properties and found Cat 1-4 (credit card) promotional night availability in July at all of them.

Bear in mind it’s the peak summer season...lots of places will be sold out of award inventory, especially on the weekends.

Also make sure you are searching Category 1 through 4 hotels only, if you want to use the credit card free night(s).

I just booked a weekend in Santa Barbara at the Hyatt Centric in October, but noticed it was available on 7/20.

Ok thanks everyone, it must have been an IT glitch. There was nothing showing up on any dates when I last checked.
