Slow Posting?
Over the past year or so Hyatt has gotten quite good at posting within 24 hours. Previous to that it was 48 hours'ish. I completed a stay Friday morning and have received the "Thank You" email yesterday, but no points or night credit has appeared. Typically by the time the email has arrived, the points are already in the bank. Anyone else seeing a slow posting for stays this week?

I generally never see posting on weekends. I also had a Friday check out and have yet to see anything. Normally around noon the next day on weekdays though for US stays has been my experience.

My experience is similar to the OPs ... in the recent past, the stay is posted by the time I receive the email. I'm also seeing a slowdown now. A check out last Thursday has not yet posted.

Same on all. Just was a bit surprised as I was back to enjoying Starwood-like next day posting vs. the gong show that is Marriott IT. I can hang tight for another day... :cool:

Checked out on Friday, and points & nights posted this morning (could have been shortly after midnight, but didn't check until reading this post).

I hit my 60 th night last week. The stay posted the next day but the milestone award never posted. |

Yup not here either. I filled out a missing stay form. Last time this happened a few months ago, posted next day.

Still nothing from a Friday checkout. Emailed my pl rep today.

After it didn't post in 24 hours (like my last missing stay form did), I pinged Hyatt on FB messenger...they replied in like 15 min, asked for hotel stay info, after I sent they posted it in like 5 min ^ amazing

Sill no posting for Friday checkout. Sounds like they’re kinda hosed right now. I doubt they’ll post it correctly if done manually since there are two different bonuses on there. Still need to contact my concierge about an incorrect posting from mid April because hotel can’t fix it.... |
My stay from last week is now posted, and it looks correct. Hopefully, they are clearing any backlog and all the "missing" stays will be posted soon.

Mine finally posted as well, but once again the bonus points for not getting housekeeping didn't post correctly :mad:. It's amazing to me how every chain I have tried that option at has consistently screwed it up

I find most stays post within 24 hours, occasionally they lag to 48. If they don't post within 48, I always tweet them via DM and its resolved immediately.

Mine finally posted today (from a Saturday stay, checked out Sunday)
Still within the 72 hrs that they claim so, slow, but not outside their claims. Usually they post when I get the confirmation email (which is generally day after checkout) |

Had a checkout last Friday, 5/3. Nothing, send missing stay credit, still nothing.
Will chase it next week, if needed, as I have another stay this weekend. |
