Received my Glob welcome packet yesterday, but didn't contain any UA passes. Not that it's a big deal, but emailed Hyatt and requested them.

I requalified 12/31, received my packet yesterday and no club passes. Not a huge loss, I normally gave them away.

Finally got my renewal packet, and like the other more recent posters, no passes.

They've assured me that it will be mailed out within 48 hours, but I wouldn't be surprised if they don't even bother processing my request.
