DSU cancellable?
 

Previously applied a DUS to a 3-night stay at a Park Hyatt Paris and confirmed.
Now plan changed so cancelled the stay already but did not see the DSU returned...

Maybe they will not return?

When did you cancel? :confused: It may take a few days but it should come back.

I have cancelled a tsu before... like mentioned above it took a few days for it to be credited back, but it was.

Generally after 24 hours.

The only reservation with an upgrade I cancelled since WoH also did not show up back in my account a month after cancellation. I just assumed it was like HGP where the telephone agents can see it is there but the website was incorrect. That was not the case. Had to call and get mine back.
