I meant the 'residences' and the overemphasis on certain words in the release as part of its appeal to the buyer.

Here is hoping that the dining at the PH LA will be world class & Michelin worthy! It would have to be in a town where fine food is practically everywhere!
Also loved your comment that “the Ritz Carlton LA is kind of meh” - I couldn’t agree more

Under construction now, these three towers are part of a huge development called Oceanwide Plaza, which will feature a 166,000-square-foot open-air retail area and an approximately 700-foot LED ribbon sign. There will also be a posh hotel and 504 condos. The towers will rise to heights of 40, 40, and 49 stories on a site across from LA Live.

Oh thank god the entrance is on the side. Traffic would have been horrible if it was on Figueroa.
Also can't wait. It will be my go to for one night stay redemptions. The JW and the Ritz are pretty uninspiring and really needs a face lift.

Chinese conglomerate, "financing problems", corruption. Is anyone really surprised about this?
A month won't delay this project by a lot but yeah it could last longer. Though it's in the final stage of completion so it shouldn't be that serious.

This is going to get ugly before any of us sleep a night there.
