BE AWARE : DSU problem
 

I have booked 2 stays using my DSU expiring tomorrow...
Got the confirmation and now i have check my account and Hyatt took the DSU on the new one (exp 2017)... I'm really tired of those amateurs! Bad IT again and again! Will waste time on the phone with them to solve this NEW (last but not least) issue.

Look more carefully it's likely they've used a process I reported on in other threads. Your 2016/7 DSUs have not been issued yet - they are apparently using a workaround to utilize current ones by converting them into 2016/7 DSUs

In my account they are issued... and used.
Look below, i have 2 DSU categories
And they are only 2 issued for this year... anyway a way or another it's one more hyatt IT crazy stuff. They really suck.

For those stays i wanted to use one of the three exp 02/29/2016 and they used the other ones.

The 2017 ones you see are phantoms and only exist to get around the system limitation. Note that you only have two issued, and you'll figure out that these are not your 2017 DSU allocation.

On Tuesday, you'll get your four 2017 DSUs.
