Error message when searching for award availability
Wondering if this is happening to anyone else? My remaining award nights are showing accurately, but once I start searching for hotels online, I get an error message saying approximately "according to our records you have no awards for redemption" This has been happening for 3 days now, and same case with my spouse. Although all information is showing correctly, points, awards, etc.

Are you searching for multiple nights? As far as I know, you usually have to do it one at a time, or call. I'm assuming you're talking about certificates.

Yes, with the Chase card. I'm only looking for one night. I booked one this way last year. But I've spent a lot of time searching, and this is the first time I ever saw a message like this one...will it give a day or so.
