When do Diamond suite upgrades post to account?

I am guessing they post 3/1 since the current ones expire 2/28.

I think it's before March 1 as I seem to remember times when I've had more than four available to use, with some close to expiration (and thus needing to be applied to a reservation soon) and my new set.
