My Diamond membership was set to expire 28 Feb 2015.....I log into my account today and now it says I'm only a Platinum....what gives? Anyone else see anything like that?

Funny, I couldn't find my last year stay history logging in today. This is my first calendar changeover in the program. I assume its there but on a part of the website I failed to access. Hard to inventory and audit with information moving.

If you look at your history of earning points, that goes back much more than a year, with dates given. You should be able to count from that, although you obviously need to watch out for free nights.
