13365 returned Costo Employee rate at GH Shanghai. That rate is about 300 RMB higher than prepaid rate. Standard rate is 100 RMB lower.

Yes sorry that was a typo- I was using 13665, which I've used consistently in the past as the Costco SET.

has anyone booked the costco rate on the costco site? do we know if that counts towards stay credit and elite benefits? it no longer links back to the hyatt site to book so it looks like you need to book on the costco site.

i also tried the 13365 code, but the 13365 code above gives an error message when you try to book on the costco site. is there any updated costco code perhaps? thanks.

I tried booking the Costco rate a few weeks ago via the app. In classic Hyatt IT fashion, everything seemed normal until the actual booking when it would fail with a non informative error message.

When I called Hyatt to inquire, I was told that the relationship with Costco had been terminated.

Weird. If you go on costco travel and search for hotels, hyatt hotels popup. You can book there, but it doesn't link you back to hyatt like it used to. I wonder if we can find a code for us to enter.

13365 still works on Hyatt.com. Do your booking there.

Strange. I took it all the way to booking for the local HP and it worked fine when I posted my first response.

I just tried to complete a booking at a HR and it errors-out, so there is a problem.

Hyatt CS is so terrible these days I don't see how you're going to find out what is really going on. It makes no sense to load these rates and then not honor them.

Luckily I am leaving Hyatt for good as of 1 JAN.

My attempt took me all the way to the confirmation then said couldn't be processed at this time. The code readout said Costco Direct.
