I recently joined GP (after many, many years away). The Boston hotel gave me one number and a card arrived in the mail whilst I was gone with another.

The web site sent me a PIN via email that doesn't work with either number! I can't see a way to contact GP via email and their web site is, to say the least, weird.

Any advice?????

On the very front page of the Gold Passport Website, even before you login, is a link that says "Contact Us" that allows you to contact them by email.
