We live in a real-time world where you can read my latest thoughts on twitter seconds after I had them. And Hyatt can charge my credit card in real-time, so why is it not reasonable to expect that the stay appears on my GP account at least at the same time as the payment charge appears on my credit card account?

Running batch jobs at the end of the day to post stays to a central computer somewhere is soooo 20th century.
