Hyatt house (summerfield) Denver Airport REVIEW - MASTER THREAD
I recently had a two night stay here earlier in the week. The property
is a newer build Hyatt House and has a nice layout. Front desk staff are
cheerful and upgraded me from a studio to a 1BR suite at check-in. My
suite faced the outdoor courtyard and noise was minimal. The full kitchen
worked out well for cooking up a quick meal. Both TVs in the room offered
satellite and Sirius radio channels in HD ^. Evening socials are Mon-Thur
from 5:30-7pm and breakfast is daily from 6-9:30 and until 10am on
weekends. Cooked to order omelettes can be made if your not craving the
runny eggs . The hotel shuttle is by request to/from the airport and within
a 5 mile vicinity. Didn't see a whole lot nearby on Tower Rd. except for a few
restaurants including a Ruby Tuesday and a 7-Eleven across the lot. It was
my first stay at this HH since I usually stay at the nearby Hyatt Place. But if
there isn't much difference in price Id probably stay here from now on due to
better room layout and distance to the airport.

Checked in late last night after a weather delayed southwest flight. Shuttles pick up right outside of baggage claim on the 45 and 15 after the hour. Shared shuttle with Hyatt place. Last shuttle at 12:15AM which unfortunately wasn’t late enough for me as I had a lost bag
This was my first Hyatt House stay in a while and I got the brand explorer badge to top of my tenth brand.
I asked for and was upgraded to a two bedroom unit which was a huge help with kiddos in tow.
breakfast was standard Hyatt place/house fare. They said breakfast ends at 9:30. No omelette or made to order eggs which I thought was a HH brand standard. I’m not sure that’s happening everywhere at HH but curious if others are seeing that at HH properties.
bed was comfortable enough. Kitchen in my unit was in a little rough around the edges with scratched up appliances and drawers that wouldn’t close.
overall great stay for a Cat 1-4 cert redemption at a roughly $200+tax nightly rate.
