Stayed here for a week a couple of months ago. Don't remember much about the room. Lots of artwork all over the hotel. Breakfast selection in the retaurant was great, although service was a bit slow. Club was decent - skipped dinner a couple of nights cause the club spread was more than enough. They gave me a 6pm late checkout, so no complaints.

I won't provide a full review of this property as my stay only began at 5am, I slept and checked-out at 2pm.
In advance of my stay I received correspondence from the sales coordinator seeking my preferences and so forth which was nice.
On checking in at 5am I was assisted with my bags by a bellman. The front desk agent made small talk and then sent me on my way with the bellman to my room on the top floor. I entered the room and detected an odor. I assumed it was perhaps just some kind of cleaning product but as I scanned the room I came across and ashtray and matches. Oh no. This was a smoking room. I told the bellman that definitely wasn't part of the deal and he ran back to reception 10 floors below for a new room allocation.
Almost 10 minutes passed before he returned and I was escorted to a regency suite on the 7th floor. I was told by the front desk agent, who had now joined the bellman on the 7th floor, that this was to make up for the mistake. Five minutes later two more bellman appeared at my door with a plate of fruit and the cold bottled water and ice I had requested in advance of my stay. There was already a fruit platter on the table, however. Five minutes after that the duty manager called to apologize and welcome me to the hotel, saying that I was originally allocated a suite and that I should never have been taken to the 10th floor. As he talked to me I noticed a card on the desk - unfortunately addressed to another guest. It would appear that I'd been put in someone else's suite, which would explain the double fruit platters.
Then I went to close the curtains and they were stuck. I called down for someone and a staff member from housekeeping appeared quickly and fixed it. The curtains were stuck on the track as I tried to pull them closed. The staff member simply grabbed them from further down the track and yanked them forward. Fixed.
The suite itself was quite spacious with a separate living area and large desk. There is no separate WC for guests. The WC and shower share the same sliding door so when one side is closed, the other is open. The pillows were almost paper thin which I didn't mind.
Given my very late arrival I didn't use the lounge or any of the facilities. I was disturbed by housekeeping sometime between 10.30am and 11.30am when I was trying to sleep which annoyed me given my arrival time. When I called for a bellman around 2pm to help me with my bags, one appeared quickly.
Given the fact the service was very good and staff did genuinely want to assure I had a nice stay, I would still return. It is quite a drive from the airport though; probably 45 minutes.
