Expedia issues you a 50$ coupon when you book a hotel with them and file a claim of a better rate available anywhere else. This coupon can be used one per reservation.
Example: Book hotel x with expedia for 45$ , and if you find hotel x at 44$ somewhere else. Call them and walkthem through to that rateThey will process your 50$ coupon right on phone .
