They will match the lower prices... So book on ht with these credits and then contact ht about how the rate you booked is lower and they will give you more credits.

Thanks for the note; but you'll be hard-pressed to explain how it beats simply booking on the other site LOL, and just keeping the $56 credit at HT. btw, is there a referral credit that could be had by say, spousal account, in addition to $56 toward your own? And are all credits have 1 year usable life?

The key is picking Italy as your country.

How do you select Italy as the country? The sign-up link doesn't work now, and when signing up on the mobile app, there's no selection for country.
