Room description

Spacious suite with 2 queen beds and a separate parlor with a queen-size sofa bed. Suite features French doors that separate the 2 rooms.

I go to NYC often and I am always looking for a nice hotel bargan. I made the mistake one time of getting booked on a hotel on 6th avenue. The description was misleading where they said it was near. The room was so small I could almost turn on the bathroom
sink from my bed. I think a say some hookers in the area too.

Is the deal gone? The best I can get for this date is $229.00.

When I booked it the site said that there was only one room left at that rate. I never know whether or not to believe that kind of "hype" when I see it on a site. Apparently it was true or at least not far from the truth.

Seems like its gone. That was a good rate for a suite. You can still get dates for the Astor for a decent deal.

Hmmm, not so much of a deal when I checking for 3 nights from 31st May as best price was $537. I'll keep watching travelzoo...

$40 for a suite in manhattan is amazing....too bad its not available anymore....

What a great deal - would love to stay in Manhattan for $40 anytime.

Used this deal last Friday, deal honored with no problems (clerks upon check-in and check out were both amazed at the rate). Hotel would never be confused with the Ritz, but clean and comfortable enough.
