MayI ask is this promo retroactive, or what was the starting date?

anyone get the bonus pts for online booking?
 

I've booked numerous Hilton/2Tree/Embassy/Hampton stays online over the past few months and the only one that posted the 1500 online booking bonus pts was Hampton.

Anyone else having trouble getting these bonus pts to post?

Interesting, I've had three stays and the only one that posted was a Hampton Inn also ... the others were HGI and Homewood, which did not post ...

Both Hilton and Hampton have posted.

Booked online last week, but system would not take my Hhonors #. Maybe some system glitch for Hilton?

I've tried booking with Hilton.com and the system does not accept my silver card ( from the UK). i've reported this to the hilton help desk

Had 7 recent stays, all booked on line, all stays have posted including Threshold bonus, double miles, Visa bonus where applicable and even my double miles have posted on AA,
but NOT ONE SINGLE ON LINE BONUS, sort of amazing but this sort of inconsistency does
not surprise, will wait a while then send out a e-mail.

Waiting for the online bonus to post as well.
Plus, I am missing a VISA bonus as my Ballys' stay shows "Stay Load Default" as payment type... (I have never seen that before)...

Did you stay at a special and/or casino rate?
My stay at the LV Hilton has the same statement but I stayed as a " guest of the casino " ( room/meals/drinks comped) so my charges only consisted of tips and sundries from the gift shop. Charge was made to Amex so not sure about Visa bonus.

One Hampton Inn stay, no online bonus. Wrote to [email protected], and I got a terse response along the lines of: "we're aware that there are difficulties with the posting of the online bonus." That was about ten days ago, and the bonus hasn't posted yet... wonder how long it will take to resolve the "difficulties"...

Same thing has happened with me. I had a a stay at HI in Atlanta that posted double miles and the 1500 point online bonus, the last 7 stays have posted with double miles with no online bonus. I left an e-mail about this but no response in 7 days, I contacted by phone their response was that the 1500 pt bonus was given for users who booked through some travel website, I explained that I had already received 1 of the 1500 pt bonuses- she didn't understand. Finally someone at Diamond desk called me in response to e-mail, she told me there was a glitch in the posting of the online points and I should see them in 3 days, if they didn't post to please give her a call... they didn't post, still haven't posted and I lost the name of the lady I was talking to.

What do you expect from Hilton? Even the Flyertalk lurker blows you off.

Well believe or not ALL my missing 1K booking
bonuses posted today all at once.
Hope every body else got theirs posted.

My online bonus points posted today, but the 1000 for using visa have yet to materialize. Last month I had to email [email protected] to get them posted, hopefully I won't have to do it again.
