website sign in problems?
 

anyone else having issues? been trying to login for the last 30 mins but cannot get into my account.

The site has been misbehaving in the last 60-90 minutes

ugh. i need to cancel a bunch of reservations and i'll probably forget by tomorrow.

Can't access my account via app nor with a browser.

App login working now, but not displaying any bookings.

Same here - the app showed a booking I made last year, but not those I made in 2023

Maybe it's because all Hilton Hotels worldwide are suddenly gone. Try any search on the web, you'll get:

We couldn't find any hotels for you in this area. Adjust your filters or try zooming out for more results.

Update: search now working again.

All my bookings for 2023 is gone, both in the app and browser.

Edit: as I wrote this post I got a "Your stay just got upgraded" mail for a booking on the 6th. that doesn't appear anywhere?

No issues on my side at all - website login worked in 5s, app works normally as well and displays everything

All bookings displayed correctly in the app again.

Bookings are OK on my end too. But searches are still ....ed on app and browser for me, at least for Bali. Tokyo searches seem to create results.

Bali search results are now back up.
