Quick question

Before calling HH I thought I'd check here. I booked two rooms for my mother-in-law and Aunt-in law. I received some points for room number one but nothing for room number two. I did a search of "points for two rooms booked" but nothing came up. Does anyone know the answer? Thank you!!

You shouldn't have got points for either one of them. You don't stay, you don't earn.

Did you book both rooms under your own name indicting your Hilton Honors number? If so, the issue could be that you (they) did not ask for the two bills to be merged into one folio.

yes, I booked both rooms separate and paid for the rooms separately. I think I did it the same way the year before and received points for both rooms. They were both in my name with the added guest being my mother-in-law and Aunt.

This type of thread title is very unhelpful and adds nothing to the forum.
