Just looked at the DoubleTree Sukhumvit for late Oct under the SEA Sale and found the price has NOT CHANGED at all.
Another bait and don't discount sale.
Correction: the standard HH rate is CHEAPER than the SEA Sale.

You don't need any special link to access the sale prices. Start a booking and look for the "SEA MEMBER SALE" rate.
Rate Details SEA MEMBER SALE
SEA MEMBER SALE SAVE UP TO 35 PERCENT BOOK BY 24 SEPT 2018 FULL PREPAYMENT. NO CHANGES. NO REFUNDS

I just saw the SEA Member thing while looking at Jakarta. I spent some time on Google trying to figure out what a 'SEA Member' was, to no avail.
Poor computer coding, if it is this current sale.

The best way to find SEA sale availabilities:
1. Start at the landing page Southeast Asia | Hilton Hotel Deals and the SEA sale rate will be preselected.
2. Use the 'flexible date' option. Then you can browse easily through the dates.
That way you will find all dates available for a hotel very fast. But you have to do it for every hotel separately.
I think, THB 6000++ for WA, 3.200++ for Hilton Sukhumvit and 2.940++ for Conrad are good deals in BKK.

actually i do see some sale rates for Hilton Suk. But they are the more expensive rooms e.g Executive Premium room had a sale rate which is cheaper/same price as compared to the Executive room.
