Just registered, no username or HH number?
 

I just registered for Hilton Honors using this link: https://www.headforpoints.com/hfp/hi...ints-30-april/

I went through the registration process fine and the confirmation page said "Your Hilton Honors account details will be in your inbox shortly." but all I've received is an e-mail asking me to change my password.

That would be fine, but it's asking for my username or Hilton Honors number. I didn't set up a username when I registered and I haven't been given a Hilton Honors number.

Any ideas?

Unfortunately without a username you are unable to use the forgot password option so you will need to call them. May be worth checking email spam box if you have not done so.

Good call checking the spam folder, but unfortunately nothing there.

Also seems their call center closed 1 minute after I found their number. Guess I'll have to ring them tomorrow...!

I have always found the call centres to be very helpful.
