When does status re-set?
 

I did a search for this answer but can't find it. Does status reset today or at a later date?

Status is actually good through March 31st and resets April 1st.

But the earning is calendar year so everything resets to 0 on Jan 1st.

I did not requal for 2018 HHD however when I download my card, the expiry says 03/19. Is there a chance I may be HHD through to that date?

Were you a status matched Diamond?
That could explain the 2019-03 expiry

Yes but my status match should end 2018-03 (according to the email I received).

I just tried to download my card, and it shows an error instead of showing my card. (I was curious, since I too was status matched to HH Diamond through 03/18 back in 2016.)

So I wonder if they've discovered a problem with the online card and are trying to fix it?

I am a complete amateur in all of this. I was Gold for 2017 and if download and print a card it shows an expiry date of 03/18 and the current status is Gold. Where will it tell me my status from 04/18?

It won't show your status for that date. Beyond 04/18 will be based on what you achieved last year.

I, too, get an error.

But it is the same error message that I have been receiving for the last 2 to 3 months when I try to go to the Change Earnings Style page.

" An error has occurred while trying to display the content you requested.

Please contact the Hilton Customer Service Center at 1-800-445-8667 "

I am currently Diamond, but am unlikely to re-qualify for Diamond again this year. If I complete 60 nights with Hilton between January 1st and March 31st of 2019 will I receive Diamond benefits for all of those nights?

EDIT: I downloaded my card from the Hilton site and the card image says "EXP 03/18". Have they still not updated their cards from last year?

Yes you will have diamond benefits until march 31st.

My card also shows the same date.

Has anyone been downgraded today. I was expecting to be downgraded today but I wasn't. However, I am not sure if I just scrapped with points.

I was surprised earlier as well that I was not downgraded yet
