Downgraded to Silver yesterday and my Park Executive Suite upgrade at Hilton Sofia on the app rolled back to base category room! :mad:

I 'only' stayed 55 nights last year, had no offer to extend Diamond (been checking everywhere endless hoping to find one). Logged in to confirm my downgrade I was expecting and to my surprise saw this message below. Now I am fairly sure I didn't activate the one time extension but I hope maybe I didn't do it accidentally somehow.
