Request upon arrival
 

The request for additional pillows and towels upon arrival is part of a whole list of available items, like beer, sodas, food and more. I only want pillows and towels but my request returns a message
"The minimum order is 12.00 €. Your current order adds up to 0.00 €.". Makes no sense.

No, it doesn't make sense. I'd probably just call or email the property. If that didn't work or wasn't convenient, I'd just mention the glitch at check in and ask them to send up the pillows/towels then.

That's strange. I used this feature before for complimentary items (total 0.00) and never got that message.

Same here, I have used it dozens of times and never ran into a problem. For about four weeks now it doesn't work any longer.
