I do wish Hilton would send a confirming e-mail that you are registered for a promotion...or at least, if you try again to make sure, one of those "You're already registered!" messages. It's difficult to know if your registration really went through, despite them saying so.

Has anybody found the full T&Cs for this promotion? The FAQs states that some rates are not eligible and I am trying to determine what they are.
I am also confused as to what this means:
Are these discounts separate from what's already offered when booking online on the Hilton site?

HHonors members booking within a 14 day window prior to their stay will receive 2% off the hotel’s Best Available (Easy Cancellation) Rate (“BAR”) all days of the week. Members booking 15 days or more prior to their stay will receive 3% off BAR for stays Sunday – Thursday and 10% off BAR for stays Friday – Saturday. HHonors Discount is only available for up to two rooms per member.
