No. It post with the stay and like most promos, you have to be registered prior to check-out. Maybe for your next stay...

Would reward stays count to get the MQMs?

Someone correct me if I am wrong, but I think no. Rewards stays aren't eligible to earn miles.

MQM and Miles not posted
 

How long has it been taking for miles and MQM to post? It's been several days and the miles show up in my Hilton receipt but not in my Delta account. On the promotion site, it says it can take several weeks to post. I'm trying to meet status before the end of the year and want to make sure the MQM will count for 2015.

I just want to make sure if I stay next week and the MQMS don't post for a few weeks will they still count towards my 2015 status? I only need 129 more miles to reach platinum.

Hilton Account Points show 170 MQMS

I stayed at Hilton Double tree for two nights from Dec 21st to Dec 23rd with all promotion prerequisites met. I spent $170 for two nights stay. My account activity on Hilton shows, 170 MQM promotion miles and 170 DL Double dip miles and it has not been posted to Delta yet. When I called Hilton, I was told that Delta will post 250 MQMs though hilton profile shows 170 MQMs.. I was given the same answer by two different representatives. Has any one of you had similar experience? I am short by 240 miles to qualify for platinum!! I dont want to miss it due some error in Hilton system..

Please share your experience.

^Pat - you should be fine. The miles will post to delta on two lines. One has the "base miles" as one per dollar spent, and the has the MQM/bonus offer. The second line will always show MQMs as 250, and the bonus miles will be what you see in Hilton (i.e. bonus of one extra mile per dollar spent). Hope that helps.
