Problems completing reservations
I've been trying to make a reservation at the DoubleTree Seattle Airport since Friday but I keep getting an error message when I get to the final screen:
Sorry for the inconvenience I've checked back with Hhonors.com and the reservation doesn't exist in my account.Due to technical difficulties we were unable to complete your request online or through our customer help desk at this tme. We are working to rectify the problem, please try again later. Anyone else running into this problem or is this just an issue with this one hotel perhaps? |
I just tried booking through the Doubletree app on my iPhone, but it doesn't work either--similar error message. :(

Can you try making the reservation via phone? I think you would still give them your HHonors number so that they can still present you with the HHonors benefits.

That's what I ended up doing today. The reservation is for late December, so I wasn't in a huge rush, but I got fed up waiting for Hilton to fix their website.
At least there was still availability. So that's good. |
