Based on one year experience giving almost all my business to HY, and can assure you that HH is vastly noncompetitive compared to Hyatt.
Benefits comparisons are described in several other posts.
Most telling, HY won the recent Elite Program at the 2016 Freddies.
HH never wins anything at the Freddies--and could not care less.
