Points or no points?
 

I called Hertz to inquire about points for my last rental at IDA. This franchise does not participate was the answer. I said it is not stated anywhere in the contract nor at the rental site. The CSR said that it was on the website. I said where. He looked, but could not find it.

I suggested he speak to his supervisor. And he placed me on hold and talked to a supervisor who looked on line and couldn't find the info. I was given 250 points.

The CSR said that the participating franchises change almost weekly. So what's the deal? How do you know if a "franchise" participates or not?

Hell, If it says Hertz on the front I expect it to participate!
