Back to this survey question. There's been no survey on my receipts lately.
I've watched the receipt come out of the printer and there are no shenanigans with the agent grabbing the survey and filling it out themselves. Just one piece comes out, the receipt, and that's it. Has Hertz ended the surveys? |
Not that I know of.

You can always just go to hertzsurvey.com and fill one out. You need your rental agreement number.
I usually get an email with a handy direct link after my rental, but last time was my second rental from the same location within one week so I think that's why it didn't send me one. The system may pick and choose who gets a survey notice based on some algorithm. Same thing happens on retail store receipts, etc. |

Since I've had great service, I'd like to make sure they get thrown a bone or two on my next rental. Is it worth going back and filling out the surveys on my past, gee, 22 or so rentals I've had in the last 3 months? |
