Wrong status shown for weeks
I'm a pc, but it's been showing gold probably since 3 weeks ago or so. More weirdly got an email saying 'you're five star now' in the middle of the nonsense. The entire website's profile management thing has been down for weeks, are they planning to fix it? Or is it just me can't reserve using their website? I know this topic has been posted but it's just getting more ridiculous as time goes on (app works for reservation, but still wrong status showing)

I have the same problem, showing as Gold Member when I should be PC. I had a reservation last weekend and when I showed up the board said PC. I'm not sure if this is because they are letting all Gold members use PC at DCA since all the other zones are parked up with excess cars or maybe I'm still showing at PC in their system? I tried to send in a comment but the online contact form returns errors each time I try to use it.
Given the number of layoffs in current environment I don't have high hopes this will be fixed anytime soon. |
Hertz website is a total mess, and its gotten worse since they put the new interface UI 'wrapper' on it that made booking and navigating even more difficult.
I agree that I wouldn't hope for this to be fixed any time soon. |
Still unable to login or make reservations so I wouldn't hold my breath on them fixing the webpage to update status soon...

I called weeks ago about this, all the trouble getting logged in and making reservations. They told me then "they are aware and are working on it." Only way I have been able to make a reservation is via the app, and then only with repeated attempts. And my PC status doesn't show anywhere.
Just now checked website and app, can't log into either. How long does it take to get this fixed??? |
