Question on Hertz E-mail Customer Server
 
Hi,
I just joined Hertz #1 Gold club, last Monday (8/25/03) I e-mail their customer service department about something, and haven't gotten a response yet. On average how long does it take them to respond to an e-mail?

In my experience, about 48 hours.

My one email was answered in about 48 hours as well.
