My ability to pull up eStatements on Hertz seems to come and go; any one else?

Where is the eStatement option on hertz.com to check points and bonus by rental. Hertz Q&A says to click on my points and the next page has an eStatement link, but it is not there.

Not sure what you are (not) doing.
But it's pretty straightforward:
Click my account > Gold Plus Rewards tab > eStatements tab > drop down menu for whatever month you want

I don't see this in my account either.

Great question. The short answer is that it's gone! You used to be able to see the previous 3 months statements. Now there are no links. Coincidentally, I had a "chat" session, a few minutes ago with hertz.com. The agent told me to call the Hertz #1 Awards dept. m-f and advise them.

I've been looking unsuccessfully for statements for the past several weeks. I thought it was just the onset of early-age dementia. :D

The link is there now.. weird!

I called them trying to find out if I had resolution to an issue and they told me that the link to the statments has been broken and they're aware and working on it.

Perhaps it's now fixed.

Now, even total points no longer show on the home page!

Now, total points and 2011 rentals showing on home page, as well as October statement (no other statement) being available. Looks as though they are struggling to get this problem fixed.
