Same issue here. Can't even do a new reservation with no login on either of my computers.

Good to know it's not my browser or something that got cached on my end, I guess.

Called twice today, and they said there was no problem, but I reported the discussion on this forum and they checked with a Supervisor, they then said they were working on it. Not sure if I believe them, error console indicated syntax error on website.

Yes - here too. I have been trying to modify a reservation and nothing is working. Tried with Firefox and IE.

I started noticing this last night. Have tried Chrome, Ffx, IE. Nothing works -- it seems like it is not recognizing any mouseclicks on links or JS on the page. I can log in if I hit Enter, but then cannot click anything on subsequent pages.

Good to know it isn't just me!

Seems like it's fixed now. I had the same problems as everyone else earlier today, but am now able to make a reservation.

Cheers,

When something like this happens, I'm curious if it also affects bookings made via a GDS. Next time, anyone care to try a test booking at Travelocity, Orbitz, or, of course, our very own AutoSlash?

I had to make a reservation on the phone yesterday
Very poor service from Hertz, very overpriced for the quality of service

My firm (or at least my firm's travel agent) insists on using them, but I've not had better service from Hertz than anywhere I've used for personal rentals . and the websites of the other rental co's operates.

I now have a problem trying to book a reservation - unless I log in, I get a screen that only has half of the reservation screen loaded, missing the calendar, any CDP, PC, etc. entry (although I can check the box to add a CDP/PC, but nothing appears), and no buttons/link on the res screen work, including submit. Does anybody else have the same problem?

Happens in both IE8 & FF 3.6 on a Windows 7 Professional 32 bit computer.
