HA website procedure change???

I have been doing some price checking on spring 09 trips SEA/LIH. This morning when I checked the HA website, pricing was no longer visible after entering dates and all info until selecting flight options & clicking to next page. Nothing listing cheaper days to fly, cheaper times, "best fares". Is this the new look for HA online booking or is this a website tech issue?

If that is a permanent change, then it is a real bad one. I wonder what prompted them to do it?

:td: I noticed that today as well. However, if you try to check prices in miles, it will still show you the cheaper days.

I've seen it from time to time. Pretty sure it's temporary.

Now when I try to book it tells me there is a problem with the booking engine. They're probably working on things at the moment..

The price I came up with was not a good sign of things to come. Up over $300pp in a little over 30 days.

Yup.

reply from HA: It's just a temporary stop-gap booking protocol in place during a site update, and will revert back to normal when the update is complete.
