HA Refundable Ticket

Unlike AQ, HA doesn't have a column for interisland fares to purchase refundable tickets. Even when I try to book an F seat it still says it's not refundable. Do I have to call to book a refundable ticket?

I dont think they offer non refundable tickets. When I book for my superiors through a travel agent, she told me that HA does not offer them.

Yes, you do.

The only time I looked into this it was for the purpose of getting into HNL to meet a niece's plane from the mainland.

Now, this was day-of travel, but the phone CSR quoted me the lowest inter-island refundable ticket as over $400 with a $100 refund fee should I want to refund it.

Giving a new meaning, therefore, to the word "refundable"
