Status disappeared?
 

Since 12/31 or thereabout, my gold status isn't showing up on the HA website. Are others seeing the same thing or is this an individual glitch? I requalified in November but haven't received this year's card yet, so I'm hoping that whatever is going on will be fixed in time for status to print on boarding passes when I fly next week.

Just checked, I'm still Gold. Made my segments in Sept, haven't received card either.

Strange. I emailed them and they said they'll fix it.

just checked still shows my status. did you check mileage to make shure all your miles have posted. two years of my flights did not post i called them the miles got posted

Yes, all was as it should be up to a few days ago. Will just wait for the fix to show up.

I noticed the same exact thing a few days ago. I re qualified in august, and on new years eve, my status disappeared. However, late new years day, it was restored.
