Miles for interisland Hawaiian flights
Haven't traveled interisland for a couple of years. Given bankruptcies and new airlines would like to know whether flights on either Go!(Mesa) or Mokulele earn miles, or even better EQM's, on any legacy airlines. This would be for flights not part of a mainland-to Hawaii trip

NW/DL and CO used to, but as recently as October/November of '09 (for CO and NW) discontinued such earnings.
The only interisland carrier that you can earn partner airline miles with is Hawaiian. Earnings on a variety of carriers, including the big 5 + a few others.

Mokulele Cessna Caravan & AS
Seems AS has a limited agreement with the Cessna Caravan service of Mokulele still:
Effective October 14th, 2009 customers may only earn Mileage Plan miles on Mokulele's Cessna Grand Caravan aircraft operating in the following markets: Honolulu to Moloka'i, Kahului to Moloka'i and Kona to Kahului.
Mileage Earned: 500 minimum miles for select Mokulele Airlines operated flights within Hawaii
MVP or MVP Gold qualifying flight miles: No
Destinations: Seven cities in Hawaii
